• The conference will be held on November 19 2020 from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
• There will be a Welcome by our Conference Chair, a Keynote speech and 19 presentations, including an Opening Panel Session
• We allowed 15 minutes (10+5 for Q&A) for each presentation
• A poster gallery will run simultaneously on the GL2020 website
  It will last from the beginning until the end of the conference.
  Contact details of the authors will be displayed along with their works, in order to connect with them for further communication.
• The Poster Prize 2020 will be awarded the week following the close of the Conference.
  Posters will be judged by a panel of jurors on their innovative content, relevance to the conference topics, graphic design, and submitted abstract.
• The conference website would access the recorded version of the presentations and the posters before and after the conference.

The conference will run on the GARR platform GARR WebMeetings, whose capacity is of 200 participants.

For this reason, we will ask participants to register via the Registration Form (available soon).
