GL2020, originally scheduled on location in Rome, turns to a virtual conference.

There will be no fees for conference participants anyway, in order to guarantee the maximum comfort to the audience, the registration is required.

However, GreyNet as publishing body for the International Conference Series on Grey Literature will incur a significant shortfall in needed revenues for GreyNet.

To meet this loss, an author fee is asked in the amount of Euro 295. The Author Fee is charged to full-text conference paper only, regardless of the number of its co-authors (posters are free of charge).
If an author or organization is unable to pay the fee, a waiver will be granted upon request.

The Author fee includes:

• the participation to all virtual sessions;
• the administration, correspondence, compilation, publication, processing, distribution, and promotional activities involved in the work of a Conference Proceedings;
• the republication of conference papers as articles in The Grey Journal.
